At Price Busters Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 7-day return period on most items in original condition. Please note that all returns must be pre-authorized and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery or pickup to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Inspection

  Ensure all furniture is in its original packaging and brand-new condition; items that have been assembled or modified cannot be returned.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Once your return is approved, you can bring the item back to our warehouse or schedule a professional pickup service for a nominal fee.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable delivery or restocking fees.
